ELLCI is located in Milan, endorsed by the Italian Department of Education and by the Italian Cultural Institutes for the learning in Italy of the Italian language and culture.
ELLCI is a center for the CELI (certificates of Italian language) and CIC (certificates of business Italian) exams of the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
